Khojaly, one of the oldest settlements of Azerbaijan, which was destroyed by Armenians during the night and was shot down without the care of the elderly, the woman, it's a waste of time.
        The most terrible tragedy in the history of the Azerbaijani people against the people of Azerbaijan on the night of February 25-26, 1992, with the direct support of the military equipment and personnel of the 366th Russian motor vehicle belonging to Armenians in Khankendi (Stepanakert) committed. When the city of Khojaly, surrounded by four sides, was fired from heavy equipment and artillery for several hours, bloodthirsty Armenians entered the city into the city and were shot in the city without being ignored - their old age, their femininity and infantile condition, were killed with a thousand tortures, their heads and body members were cut off as the living sacrificial sheep, their eyes were removed. The civilian population, who had managed to escape the city during the winter and frosty coincidence, was rescued by armed Armenians from Aghdam-Asgaran, who were trying to save their lives from this wild, bloodthirsty man, shot and killed, and the wounded were captured. The torture of Armenians who were taken captive by civilians can not be expressed in words.
        During the incident, 613 out of 3,000 in Khojaly were brutally killed by Armenians and more than 1,200 were disabled by various bullet wounds. Of the killed, 106 are women, 63 are infants and young children, and 70 are elderly aged 60. 8 families were completely destroyed, 25 children lost both parents, and 130 children lost one of their parents.
In the first half of the 19th century Armenians, who were moved from Iran and Turkey through the Russian mediation, settled the idea of ​​creating a Greater Armenia state, which had been a major problem for our people from the time that it had committed massacres and divisions. In order to carry out this ugly policy, Armenians have been committing genocide against the Khojaly people at different times in Azerbaijan.
        Only in the twentieth century, three times in 1905, 1918 and 1992, Armenians burned the city of Khojaly, the population was massacred by a thousand tortures and abandoned from their permanent places of residence. These are the true facets of this wild nature, which brings the international community to the attention of themselves as a "humble" nation.
        As a result of the aggression of Armenians, more than 1,000,000 of our compatriots have been driven out of their permanent places of residence.
        The Armenians use their occupied territories as a terrorist hub for the production of narcotics and the scourge of humanity, ignoring the four UN resolutions on the unconditional release of Azerbaijani lands. Unfortunately, the world's leading states and international organizations are occupied by the aggressor Armenia Instead of lobbying an objective approach to Azerbaijan, they come out of double standards.
        We urge all the states, peoples and international organizations of the world to prevent Armenian politics, to recognize the Khojaly genocide committed by the Armenians, to assist in the soonest return of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan and to objectively evaluate the real truths.
        Most developed countries are using the "Armenian genocide" card, which has not been featured in history, to ignore the real truths and try to use it as a means of action. Leaders of some of the developed countries make statements by visiting Armenia on the anniversary of this socalled incident. This, in our turn, is regarded as a manifestation of the double standard approach to the Khojaly genocide and the Nagorno-Karabakh events in general.
